Betty Halliburton is a seasoned Program Director with years of effective leadership experience. She oversaw as many as 500 employees with a multi-million dollar annual operational budget. She has successfully planned, coordinated, and implemented numerous school events and in-services for students, teachers, parents, and administrators. She has over 25 years of experience as a successful award-winning grant writer. She served on several advisory committees for the Michigan Department of Education.

Additionally, Betty is a former Detroit Public Schools teacher, teaching on all three levels (elementary, middle, and high) for over 20 years.

Betty has a passion for giving back to the community. To help those in need and help improve the quality of life for those less fortunate. She has been an avid volunteer at several non-profits.

Her education includes a Bachelor of Science from Lane College, Master of Education and Education Specialist in General Administration and Supervision from Wayne State University.
