Tamara Halliburton is a skilled communicator and intuitive leader able to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional peers, engage client stakeholders and empower teams to exceed objectives. Analytical and organized as well as highly adaptable, proactive, and pragmatic in solving complex problems. She is a quick learner who is always looking for new skills to develop as well as honing her current skills.
Tamara will provide counseling for recipients. Tamara is a licensed professional counselor. Her counseling experience includes Outpatient Therapist at The Children’s Center Crisis Care Center and The Imagine Center for Psychological Health. Additionally, she has years of experience working at General Motors Corporation as IT Project Lead, IT Communications Specialist and Resource Manager.
Her education includes Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, and Master of Arts in Communication, all from Wayne State University. Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Central Michigan University, Master of Science in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University, Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, and Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from University of South Florida.
